I am writing to you with fantastic news!
There is going to be a special SNEAK PREVIEW screening night of "Awesome; I Fuckin' Shot That!" on March 23rd at a whole plethora of theaters. You can check out this site to see if it will be at a theater in your area:

The catch is that it’s for ONE-NIGHT-ONLY. But the special March 23rd screenings will premiere:
"A Day In The Life Of Nathanial Hörnblowér"
a half an hour of additional one-night-only exclusive content that won’t be in the regular release of the film… This is your chance to peek into the dark strange world of one of the most elusive and controversial men of our time!
The actual release of the film will be on March 31st. But when it is released, it will be at fewer cities than are being hit with this one-night-only extravaganza on the 23rd.
So if you want to see this exceptional film in the theaters (which personally I would recommend, as the surround sound mix is completely bonkers, not to mention that it looks pulchritudinous on the big screen…) then make sure that the actual release is coming out in your city. And/or if you want to see the bonus Hörnblowér footage, the one night March 23rd melee will be in over 150 theaters around the country. Hope that all made sense. I saw this concert in two cities - SF and Seattle and it was the SAME EXACT CONCERT. I don't know, I kinda hoped there would be more behind the scenes stuff, interviews, something! It really does give you the 'concert experience' through fans eyes ('C'mon folks say something for the DVD!' lol) but at the same time, sitting in a movie theater watching a concert was not what I had expected. And while I appreciate the idea of the the video (giving cameras to fans throughout the venue to tape the concert) the quality was poor and made me somewhat naseous. The best footage was from their own camera man and he was the only one with access backstage, which I thought slightly odd.
If you keep in mind that this is a concert DVD and not a movie, it was great. But for some reason I was expecting more and was thus disappointed.
